Restoration work is different from a planned remodel. It starts with a problem — a leak, a fire, a storm that took part of the roof — and the first job is stopping the damage from spreading. Then it becomes construction: demo, drying, framing, roofing, drywall, finishes, and inspections, done to code so the repair holds.
What we handle
Storm and roof damage: one client had damage to the roof and side of their house that needed repair — we did the job in two days, and they said they'd highly recommend us.
Water damage: leaks, flooding, and the mold and structural issues that follow. Demo of affected materials, drying, and rebuild of framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes.
Fire and smoke damage: structural assessment, demo, cleaning, and rebuild of the affected areas.
Structural repairs: foundation, framing, and roof structure repairs done with proper engineering and permits.
Working with insurance
If you have an insurance claim, share the adjuster's scope with us when you call. We'll walk the damage with you, build to the scope, and tell you if we find something it missed before it gets closed in a wall.
