99¢ Only Stores → Dollar Tree — store conversion program
One of four store remodels across California, converting former 99¢ Only locations to the Dollar Tree standard as part of a multi-location program. Commercial · Store Conversion.
Custom master bath — full remodel
A complete master bathroom remodel: freestanding soaking tub, patterned tile floor, dark vanity with gold fixtures, and an LED mirror — the kind of finish work that shows what "to the millimeter" means. Residential · Custom Master Bath.
Woodlake — full home remodel
A whole-house remodel in our home town, a worn single-story home brought back with new stucco, a new roof, and a fresh exterior. Residential · Full Home Restoration. (Photos coming as the project is documented.)
