A ground-up build is the most coordination-heavy thing a contractor does: site work, foundation, framing, roofing, every mechanical trade, inspections at each stage, and finishes that have to land on a schedule. It only goes well when one team owns the whole thing. That's how Palafox Prestige is set up.
What we build
Custom homes: new residential construction from your plans or ours. We've also stepped in to complete a new home abandoned mid-build by another contractor — assessing what was there, documenting it, and finishing it properly.

ADUs and detached structures: new accessory units, shops, and garages built to the same standard.
How it runs
Plans drafted in-house or built from yours. A firm number and a schedule before ground breaks. Permits pulled through the county, inspections passed at every stage, trades sequenced so the build keeps moving, and the owner on site through the final walkthrough.
